Bookings & Payments:
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Confirmation of the booking will be given upon receipt of payment.
Check in is from 3pm. We will ask for an estimated time of arrival when you book, if you are delayed and likely to arrive outside these times please let us know.
Check out is 10am on the morning of departure and all bedrooms must be cleared of both guests and any possessions by that time.
Please note, there are NO self-catering facilities at Lodge Dinorwig.
Breakfast is included in your stay and will be served until 10am. If you are heading out early please let us know at the time of booking and we will arrange an early breakfast for you.
Packed lunches have to be booked the day before you would like your lunch. Please ask our staff for an order form.
A home cooked, two course meal can be booked in advance for £15.00.

If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged
If we manage to re-book your cancelled date, we will refund you the charge accordingly.
Cancellation by ourselves:
In the unlikely event, that the hostel becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond our control, we will endeavour to find alternative suitable accommodation. Should this not meet your approval or not be possible, we will refund your full payment. We shall not be under any other liability.
Acceptance of booking:
The booking is accepted only on the understanding that no more than the number of people declared on the booking shall stay. We reserve the right to refuse or curtail any booking where it subsequently transpires that information has been withheld from us either by numbers in the party or its composition.
For health and safety upon arrival, the number of guests residing in the hostel must be confirmed. If the number is to change during the stay we must be informed as soon as practicably possible.
Well behaved dogs are very welcome in all communal areas but we ask you not to take them into the bed room out of respect to other guests and to keep all linen in the bed room free from pet hair.
If the behaviour of the dog interrupts other guests, we might have to ask you to leave the dog outside.
Any damage done by the dog will be charged to the owner.
Guests not complying with this, will be asked to leave immediately and we shall not be liable to any refunds.
All bed linen is provided and beds are made up for you prior to your arrival.
Under no circumstances should guests bring their own bedding, bed linen or sleeping bags.
Please bring your own towel, but if you happen to forget yours, they can be hired.
If, upon arrival you feel that there are reasonable grounds for complaint we must be notified immediately so that, if possible, appropriate action can be taken during your stay. If a reason for complaint should arise during your stay, you must similarly contact us as soon as the problem arises. No complaints will be considered after completion of your stay, unless we were informed when they arose.
Children have to be supervised at all times.
We have a strict non-smoking policy. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside. An ashtray filled with sand is provided to the right of the entrance door. Offending guests will be charged a £100 fine and ask to leave immediately.
We do provide bike storage but ask every biker to lock their bikes individually as well with a private lock for double security.
Any damages must be reported to the staff as soon as possible. We do understand accidents happen but if we have reason to believe the damage was done intentionally, we will charge for the repair.
We have a quiet site policy between 11pm and 7am; please keep noise to a minimum at all other times.
Any persons engaged in drunken, offensive, inappropriate or excessively rowdy or loud behaviour will not be admitted and/or asked to leave the site immediately.
If you would like to make use of the Cafe area after hours, please leave the room as you found it. The Cafe is open 11am-4pm and you will not be able to use the hall during those hours.
Should anyone not observe the above terms and conditions, the proprietors reserve the right to cancel the booked accommodation and retain any monies paid for subsequent nights.
Bookings are accepted on the understanding that the above terms and conditions will be observed in full.
We do not accept liability for loss or damage.
The proprietors reserve the right to change the above terms and conditions without notice.
